By giving people the ability to report issues and then see real-time updates on its verification level, communities will be informed about things to avoid or be aware of. It also guarantees that problems are not left unheard - your voice is important and makes an impact!

In order to create the best user experience, Refine+ has an array of features:
- Get notified about the most recent and verified incidents in your area
- Report issues in your area (fires, floods, potholes, road blocks, and more)
- Effortless search features to quickly navigate through issues you want to see
- Real-time report verification levels to ensure accuracy
- Verification levels indicated by red (low), yellow (medium), and green (high)
